Hello! I'm looking to transfer the lease of my appartment. It is available for move in anytime between Sept 1 and 15th. The lease is valid for one year, until September 30th 2027. The building will be demolished by then (and if it is not, you can extend the contract). The apartment is in good condition. It has great natural light, is quite large (good for one person, a couple, or even two students). It is located a 3 minute walk from the Talweisenstrasse tram stop and the Hofliweg bus station. It is not on a main street, so there is no car noise, and the building is quite quiet as well and surrounded by green space. As it is a raised ground floor unit, you are able to keep cool in the summer heat and the heating bills in winter are low. I love living here, but unfortunately I have to move! There is free laundry with washer, dryer, and drying rooms in the building as well as bike storage with direct ground level access. A cellar is included in the rent as well.
