Hey! After seven years, it is unfortunately time for me to move out of my shared flat in Enge, so I am looking for someone to take over my room. You will be living with my current flatmate, a software engineer in robotics in his 30s. I honestly could not have asked for a better person to share a home with: he is friendly, respectful, tidy, easy-going, and great to live with. Leaving such a good flatmate is probably the hardest part about moving. The room is not the cheapest, but I think the flat more than makes up for it: * One of the best locations in Zurich * Just a few minutes' walk from the lake * A huge terrace that is perfect for relaxing or having friends over * Surprisingly quiet: the neighbouring units are businesses, and the windows face the inner courtyard * A short walk to Enge station and the 365-day Migros. HB is just a few minutes away, and the airport is an easy trip too. * Private washing machine and dishwasher in the flat * And, of course, an exceptional flatmate As for you: ideally you are somewhere between 25 and 40, have a job or are doing a PhD, and enjoy keeping a shared home tidy while being easy-going and considerate.
