Hi! 😊 We’re looking for one female flatmate (26+) to join our shared apartment in one of Zurich’s best neighbourhoods. A little about us: we’re Corrado (28), a chef; Debora (28), a physiotherapist; and Marco (33), a sommelier. We all enjoy an active lifestyle and have different work schedules, so the apartment is usually quiet during the week. We occasionally cook, have dinner or a glass of wine together, while always respecting each other’s privacy and routines. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, reliable and easy to live with. We value common sense, open communication and mutual respect more than strict house rules. The room is approximately 15 m², currently furnished but can be emptied if preferred. The bed and two wall shelves can stay for a fair price. Rent: CHF 930.50/month Available from: 1 September (long-term preferred) Security deposit: one month’s rent to reserve the room. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one separate toilet), a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a furnished balcony, a shared laundry room and a private basement storage room. Utilities are included within normal usage. Any additional electricity and water costs have been very low (around CHF 300–350 per year for the whole apartment, shared between four people). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Guests are welcome from time to time—we’re not a party flat, but we do appreciate balance, respect and good communication. 📍 Seefeldstrasse 127, Zurich — only a 1-minute walk to public transport, Coop, the post office and a pharmacy. China Garden is across the street, and Lake Zurich is just a few steps away. We speak Italian and English. German is a bonus but not required. Viewings are available in the morning or, preferably, after 5:00 pm. We’re flexible, but we appreciate arranging a time in advance.
