We are looking for an open-minded and friendly flatmate aged 25 to 35 who is independent and has a social lifestyle, starting from 01.10.2026. \# About Us We are Giacomo (32) and David (30), both working professionals with an active lifestyle. David works as a Data Scientist and is currently learning German, attending classes two evenings per week. Outside of work and class, he enjoys sports such as climbing, boxing, running, and cycling. Giacomo is currently looking for a new position in Computer Graphics, loves playing any sport with a ball, outdoor activities, and board games. \# The Apartment Our 4.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and offers premium modern comforts. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, and more. The living room is bright and has direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a modern washing machine and dryer, and features a large walk-in shower. \# Location The location is just great. Near Limmatplatz, in the vibrant District 5, everything you need is right on your doorstep: public transport, cafés, supermarkets (Coop, Migros, Denner), post office, bars, bakeries, and even the Limmat River for spontaneous dips.
