We are renting out a bright and comfortable room in a student shared house in Winterthur. The house is located only 9 minutes bus ride from Winterthur train station, with excellent connections to Zurich and the ZHAW campus, making it an ideal place for ZHAW students. The room is furnished and has wooden floors and a large window that brings in plenty of natural light. You will be sharing the house with five other students in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, shared living spaces, and one of its best features: a large private garden with lots of greenery and a BBQ area. It is perfect for spending time outside, studying in the fresh air, or enjoying evenings with friends. This room is ideal for a student who is looking for a central location, good transport connections, and a pleasant place to live.
