We own two homes and regularly divide our time between them, meaning there are periods when you'll have much of the house—or occasionally the entire house—to yourself. Even when we're home, we value boundaries, respect and a relaxed atmosphere, and our guest suite is located on its own floor to provide excellent separation. We're looking for someone who appreciates a calm, welcoming home and enjoys living in a beautiful lakeside community rather than simply renting a room.
