Room available — 4-month sublet, Option to Extend

I've moved in with my boyfriend and looking for someone to take over my room for 4 months, with a high chance of the sublet turning into a permanent contract afterwards. It's also a chance for us to trial the living dynamic with the current housemate before committing. We're looking for a female tenant, aged 24–40, who'd enjoy a friendly, relaxed WG and appreciates a calm home. The room is the largest in the apartment, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and bookshelf — the rest of the apartment is furnished and comfortable too. The apartment has 3.5 rooms and sits in a very quiet neighbourhood, so it's peaceful while still being a shared home. You'd be living with one roommate, Hanna — an artist and digital business professional. The household is international, with English as the main language at home; German works too, as Hanna is fluent. We also have a cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with one. Bonus points if you love cats and want to build a bond with her — not a requirement, just a nice-to-have.
