🏡 Room available in Adliswil (Zurich) I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my home in a peaceful, tidy and respectful environment. The house is in the process of being furnished since my time here is from recent. Ideally between 28 and 45 years old, although what really matters to me is maturity, stability and compatibility rather than age. This is not a student flat or a short-term rental. I’m looking for someone who wants to share a comfortable home where we both have our own independence, privacy and personal space while enjoying a calm and respectful living environment. For me, home is a place to disconnect, recharge and feel at peace, so I’m looking for someone who values that too. 🌿 A little about me I’m Spanish and work full-time as a self-employed professional in Zurich. I’m tidy, respectful and quite independent. I enjoy a calm lifestyle and love spending my free time with my dog, being in nature or simply relaxing at home. He weighs around 10 kg, is already a 10-year-old gentleman, and is calm, well-behaved and very used to apartment life. If you’re looking for a furnished room, we can discuss possible options. 📄 Contract A sublease agreement will be provided, with the possibility of registration if needed. 💰 Costs • Rent: 1,300 CHF/month. • Deposit: 2,000 CHF. Proof of sufficient income will be required to ensure a stable tenancy.
