We're searching for a friendly and responsible new flatmate (age 25-30) to share this beautiful space with. . Location: Our flat is conveniently situated just a 15-minute walk away from the lake. The tram stop is only a quick 2-minute walk away, and you'll find Coop and Aldi within a short 5-minute walk. . Apartment and room details: The 2nd floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, storage room and a large balcony. There is a storage unit in the basement. The apartment building has an elevator and a laundry room for shared use in the basement as well. We have a cleaner who comes every other week to clean the common spaces. The room is unfurnished. .
