The Room and House This fully furnished 15 sqm room offers a gorgeous view and comes with plenty of storage, including closets, a cupboard, and pull-out drawers under the bed. ,Furniture can be adjusted if you prefer. You will be part of a spacious 5.5-room shared house, sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with a garden and a grill, plus a sauna in the house. You can also use the attic for extra storage. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood right next to a popular gorge trail. We are looking for We are looking for an easygoing roommate , male or female, aged 21-45, to take over my lease as soon as possible. Ideally, you are looking for a shared apartment for practical reasons, but would also enjoy a friendly atmosphere where we occasionally cook or share dinners together,though personal space and privacy are always respected. The house is located between Grafenort and Engelberg. Because the train station is a bit further away, having a car or an e-bike is highly recommended. A parking space is included in the rent. We are I am 24 and sadly moving out to be closer to my university. You will be living with your new flatmate ,who is also the landlord. He is 34 years old, very active, and loves being outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. He is easy to get along with and speaks Swiss German, German, English, and Dutch.
