The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area right next to the forest and offers **two spacious, plant-filled terraces** with beautiful views over the surrounding greenery. Wake up to birdsong, enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax in the sunshine, and unwind in the evening surrounded by flowers and nature. Although it feels like a holiday retreat, Zurich city centre (Bellevue) is only about **20 minutes away by public transport**. Security deposit by agreement. A special request The terraces are home to many beautiful flowers, herbs and plants that are an important part of this home. They need to be watered daily during my absence. For this reason, I am looking for someone who enjoys nature and will care for both the apartment and the plants with the same respect they would show their own home.
