Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our shared apartment in Zürich starting from 01.09.2026 with a long-term rental agreement. The space available consists of two separate rooms (around 10 m² each) located just a few steps from each other, giving you plenty of flexibility. You could use them as a bedroom and home office, a bedroom and dressing room, or in any other way that suits your needs. The rooms are partially furnished. A wardrobe and some other furniture are already available, but you’ll likely need to bring your own bed. The rent is approximately **CHF 920/month**, excluding utilities. Utilities are usually around CHF 80 - 110 per month and include heating (annual settlement), electricity, internet, Serafe, and other shared household expenses. **About the apartment:** The apartment is spacious and bright, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It offers: \- 2 bathrooms \- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need \- Private washing machine and dryer inside the apartment The location is excellent: \- 7-minute walk to Schwamendingerplatz, where you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, the post office, and other shops. \- 2-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, served by tram lines 7 and 9. **About us:** \- Clément, 24, French, works as a veterinary nurse and is currently completing a Praktikum. \- Lena, 25, German, works full-time. She may move out from the beginning of October. \- Chiara, 25, Italian, works as a Biomedical Engineer at a startup. We’re looking for someone 24 years or older, preferably already working, who is clean, tidy, respectful, and reliable. We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys the social side of sharing a home. While we all appreciate having our own space and privacy, we also love spending time together, cooking and sharing meals, going out for drinks, hiking, or simply relaxing at home. Over the years, our flatmates have become genuine friends, and we’d love to welcome someone who’d enjoy being part of that kind of atmosphere.
