Nachmieterin oder Nachmieter gesucht für grosses und helles WG Zimmer in Oerlikon. Die WG liegt unmittelbar am Bahnhof, ist umgeben von verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wir Coop, Migros, Lidl, Denner und Aldi, sowie vielen Restaurants. Du würdest mit Pamela (32) zusammenwohnen und einer weiteren Person, die ebenfalls neu einziehen wird. Sie schätzt ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, Privatsphäre, aber auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Es ist wichtig, dass du auf ein sauberes und respektvolles Umfeld achtest und nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zwecks-WG bist. Das Zimmer ist das grosste von allen drei Schlafzimmern (knapp 19 m2) und liegt im oberen Stock der Wohnung. Im oberen Stock befinden sich alle Schlafzimmer sowie das grosse Badezimmer. Im unteren Stock befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, das kleine Bad, die Küche, sowie der Eingangs/Home Office Bereich. Als Krönung gehört zu der Wohnung noch die grosse Terrasse mit weiter Sicht bis zu den Bergen. Wichtig zu beachten: - Für die gemeinsamen Möbel / Utensilien wird eine Gebühr von CHF 1‘100 verrechnet. Dieser Betrag kann dann vom Nachmieter zurückverlangt werden. - Du wirst als Hauptmieter einziehen. Das bedeutet, dass du eine 3 Monatige Kündigungsfrist hast und im Mietvertrag einbezogen wird. - Es wird ein 3 Monatiges Mietzinsdepot verlangt - Über die Möbel in meinem Zimmer könne wir uns einigen, ob diese übernommen werden sollen oder nicht/ falls ja, welche du übernehmen möchtest. The apartment is surrounded by excellent amenities, including Coop, Migros, Lidl, Denner, Aldi, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants. You will be living with Pamela (32) and one other new flatmate who will also be moving in. Pamela enjoys a friendly and harmonious living environment, values everyone’s privacy, but also appreciates spending time together from time to time. We are looking for someone who values cleanliness, mutual respect, and is interested in a genuine shared home rather than simply a place to stay. The room is the largest of the three bedrooms (approximately 19 m²) and is located on the upper floor of the duplex apartment. Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms as well as the spacious main bathroom. Downstairs, there is the living room, a second bathroom, the kitchen, and an entrance area that also serves as a home office space. The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace, offering beautiful open views all the way to the mountains. Please note the following: * A one-time payment of CHF 1,100 is required for the shared furniture and household items. This amount can be reclaimed from the next tenant when you move out. * You will become the main tenant, meaning your name will be added to the lease and the standard 3-month notice period applies. * A 3-month rental deposit is required. * We can discuss the furniture currently in my room.
