WG Zimmer in Witikon

From 1.10.2026 we rent two rooms in our 4WG in Zürich Witikon. The location is optimal, immersed in nature and very close to the forest, but at the same time well connected: you can be at HB in under 30 minutes with the bus. You will live with Samu (38M, Italian) and Elisa (39F, Italian), respectively a cook and a bartender, so there is always good food in the house :). The vibe in the flat is very chilled and Samu and Elisa are always up for a chat on the balcony or a shared meal, but of course everyone's alone time is respected. We are not capitalism or individualism enthusiasts and it is important to help each other out and hear everyone's point of view in the flat. The communication language in the flat can be Italian or English, and even some German :) The flat has a huge living room with a fireplace and a huge terrace all around, from which you can see the Alps in clean days; there is a small washing machine in the flat and bigger washing machine and tumble drier shared with the apartment complex. Coop is at walking distance, Zentrum Witikon at ~5 min with the bus. We rent one bigger and one smaller room: Big room: 902 CHF per month Small room: 836 CHF per month Both prices exclude utilities, which are normally ~ 35 CHF every 3 months. We do not have wifi in the house since all of us have enough data for the month, but you are welcome to open a contract if you need to. The rooms come furnished. Both rooms share one bathroom with Samu's room, but there is a separate WC in case of need. IMPORTANT: this is not a sublet, but a passage of contract. Thus, you need to be employed and provide an employment contract, a debt extract from the city of Zürich and a valid Swiss ID or B permit. The deposit is 3437 CHF for both rooms.
