Deutsch Zum 1. Oktober 2026 wird ein Zimmer in unserer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 94 m²) in Zürich-Affoltern frei. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG und wird teilmöbliert vermietet. Ein Schrank und ein Tisch können ohne zusätzliche Kosten übernommen werden. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Dominik (25, Student) und Charlotte (23, Studentin). Gemeinsam genutzt werden die Küche, das Badezimmer sowie das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Im Haus stehen zudem ein Waschkeller und ein Kellerabteil zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Kosten: Die Miete beträgt CHF 775. pro Monat. Hinzu kommen anteilige Kosten für Strom und Internet von ca. CHF 25. pro Monat, die separat abgerechnet werden. Die Kaution beträgt CHF 2'330..
