Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting Sept 1st or later, but it should be arranged with the Immobilien. Please check the original lease signed to First Immobilien and management changed to Graf Immobilien currently. Below are the applicant requirements for a successful lease take over: debt extract (betreibungsauszug) proof of income: 3 monthly salary slips from current work place - gross income must be more than 3 times the rent (3150CHF / Mo). Or new employee contract proving the above income. application form filled out and signed additional but not required: Swiss ID copy additional but not required: on paper a written signed note that you are willing to take the apartment under the same lease terms.
