Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Haltestelle der Buslinie 32. 61 m², 2. OG. 2600 CHF Brutto. Einige Möbel im Eingangsbereich, der Balkontisch sowie der Schrank im Bad können bei Interesse kostenlos übernommen werden. Zudem kann der Garagenplatz auch übernommen werden. Zusätzlich gibt es ein ca. 10 m² grosses Kellerabteil mit eigener moderner Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Gebäude stehen zudem ein Trocknungsraum und ein Fahrradraum zur Verfügung.
