**3-Room Apartment in Zurich Kreis 4 – Long-Term Tenants Wanted** We are looking for **long-term tenants** for a beautiful **3-room apartment (68 m²)** in the lively **Kreis 4** area of Zurich. The apartment is very centrally located, just **4 minutes’ walk from Helvetiaplatz and around 7 minutes from Zurich Main Station**. **About the apartment** * 3-room apartment, approx. **68 m²** * Charming **old-building apartment (Altbau)** * **Parquet flooring** * Bathroom with **bathtub** * Kitchen **without dishwasher** * Shared laundry room with washing machine in the basement * The apartment will be rented **unfurnished** * There is currently **no separate living room**, as all three rooms are used as bedrooms **Important rental conditions** We are ideally looking for **a couple or two friends who would like to make the apartment their long-term home** (minimum one year, preferably longer). It is **mandatory that the new tenants take over the main tenancy from 1 September 2026**. The new tenants must also take over/provide the **full deposit of three months’ rent (approx. CHF 7,000)** from this date. I (the current tenant) will continue living in the **smallest of the three rooms until the end of December 2026**, as I am finishing my internship in Zurich before moving to England to join my partner in January. During these four months, I will pay **CHF 600 per month** for my room. The new main tenant(s) will be responsible for covering the **remaining rent from 1 September onwards**. From **January 2027**, once I have moved out, you can decide whether you would like to **rent out the third room** or, for example as a couple, keep the whole apartment and turn the third room into a **living room**. **Please note** Taking over the **main tenancy, the full deposit of approximately CHF 7,000, and responsibility for the rent from 1 September 2026 onwards (minus my CHF 600 contribution until the end of December)** are essential conditions.
