I am looking for someone to take over my spot in the main lease of our beautiful shared apartment in the heart of Zurich, Kreis 1, from 15 August 2026 (unbefristet). The apartment is very spacious, approximately 155 m², spread across 3 floors, with private elevator access (on floor 5 and 6). It features a large open kitchen and living area, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 additional separate toilets, as well as a washing machine and dryer. One of the highlights is the large private rooftop terrace with 360° views over Zurich. You would be living with 2 male working professionals between 25 and 30 y old. We have always had a very fun, relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the flat, while still respecting each other’s space and work schedules. We also have a cleaner coming every 2 weeks, who cleans the entire apartment, including the individual bedrooms. The room itself is not huge, but well laid out. A large IKEA mirrored wardrobe stays in the room and needs to be taken over for CHF 800. The bed can be taken over free of charge. The rent is CHF 1,885 per month (excluding serafe and ewz, which is about 50 CHF per month). A security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent is required.
