Hallo ☺️ Wir suchen für unsere zentrale WG ab August eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock mit Lift, direkt bei der Tramhaltestelle Kalkbreite/Bahnhof Wiedikon. Zum HB sind es ca. 10 Minuten und Migros, Denner, Restaurants etc. sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir sind ein ruhiges, unkompliziertes Paar mit unserem bald 3-jährigen Sohn und vermieten ein schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad & Dusche. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Badezimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer, eine offene Küche und einen sonnigen Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer super entspannen kann ☀️ Wir mögen ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, schauen abends gern mal gemeinsam einen Film oder trinken etwas zusammen – natürlich alles im gemütlichen Rahmen, sobald der Kleine schläft 😊 Gleichzeitig respektieren wir auch Privatsphäre und jeder soll sein Ding machen. Wenn du unkompliziert bist und Lust auf ein angenehmes Zuhause hast, freuen wir uns, dich kennenzulernen Hello ☺️ We are looking for a new flatmate for our centrally located shared apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator access, right next to the Kalkbreite/Bahnhof Wiedikon tram stop. Zurich main station can be reached in about 10 minutes, and Migros, Denner, restaurants, and other amenities are all within a few minutes’ walk. We are a calm and easygoing couple with our soon-to-be 3-year-old son and are renting out a lovely room with a private bathroom & shower. The apartment has a total of 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, an open kitchen, and a sunny balcony where you can relax in the summer ☀️ We enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, sometimes watching a movie together in the evening or having a drink – all in a cozy setting once the little one is asleep 😊 At the same time, we also respect privacy and everyone can do their own thing. If you’re easygoing and looking for a pleasant place to call home, we’d love to get to know you 😊
