GERMAN VERSION Umgebung: Kreis 11, bei Zürich Oerlikon Bahnhof (1-2 min zu Fuss) Beschreibung: Wir sind eine 4er-WG in einer wunderschönen, hellen und grossen Wohnung in Zürich Oerlikon. Ab 15. August (optional 1. September) 2026 suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für ein ca. 12.2 m² grosses Zimmer. Das Zimmer kostet 681 CHF pro Monat plus max. 50 CHF Nebenkosten (z.B. Strom, Internet). Die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Koch- und Wohnbereich, Balkon und Badezimmer sind gut gepflegt und werden von allen Mitbewohnern gemeinsam genutzt. Die gesamte WG hat 4 Zimmer und 2 Bäder. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal – Zug-, Tram- und Buslinien sind in 1-2 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Migros, Coop und 24-Stunden-Shops befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Wir suchen: Eine unkomplizierte, interessante und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin, die vorzugsweise schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringt. Eine nichtrauchende, berufstätige Mitbewohnerin, die Katzen mag. Wir sind: Laura (31), Susanna (29) und Kenza (24). Wir sind alle berufstätig und wir haben offene Persönlichkeiten. Wir sind eine eher ruhige WG, die gerne zusammen in der Küche quatscht, aber auch jedem seinen Freiraum lässt. Wir sind keine Party-WG, da wir alle berufstätig sind, schätzen aber gute Gesellschaft. Die Mischung aus Gemeinschaft und Privatsphäre ist uns wichtig. In unserer WG leben ausserdem zwei Katzen: Artu und Elio, die sehr freundlich und süss sind und sich über eine Streicheleinheit freuen. We are looking for a new roommate to move into a 12.2 m² room starting from 15th August 2026 (optional 1st September). The room costs 681 CHF per month plus up to 50 CHF utilities (e.g., electricity, internet). The common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, balcony, and bathrooms, are well-maintained and shared by all roommates. The whole flat has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Public transport is excellent, with train, tram, and bus lines only a 1-2 minute walk away. Nearby, you’ll find shopping options like Migros, Coop, and 24-hour stores. We are looking for: An uncomplicated, interesting, tidy, and employed flatmate. Preferably with flatshare experience, non-smoker, who likes cats and is female. We are: Laura (31), Susanna (29) and Kenza (24). We are all working and we have open personalities. We are a rather quiet flatshare that enjoys spending time together in the kitchen, while also respecting each other’s privacy. We are not a party flatshare, as we all work, but we do appreciate good company. We value a good balance between social interaction and personal space.
