_Deutsch (English version below):_ Hast du Lust auf eine grosse, helle Wohung mitten in Zürich? Unsere 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung (110 qm) liegt direkt beim Stauffacher, hat hohe Decken, Parkett, und einen Balkon mit Blick aufs bunte Treiben unten…. nur die Küche ist etwas Chalet-Vibes trifft Altbau, aber dafür mit Charakter. Die Wohnung wäre für August und September zur Untermiete zu haben und die Möglichkeit besteht, ein Zimmer (ca. 25 qm gross) ebenfalls im Oktober + November weiterhin zu mieten. Ich selbst werde in dieser Zeit auf Reisen sein und meine neue Mitbewohnerin würde dann wohl ab 1. Okt. einziehen. Bist du entweder eine Einzelperson, oder seid ihr ein Paar, dass für ein paar Monate eine Bleibe sucht, zuverlässig bist / seid und umgänglich, dann melde dich / meldet euch. Our 4.5-room apartment (110 sq m) is located directly by Stauffacher, has high ceilings, parquet floors, and a balcony overlooking the vibrant scene below… the kitchen has a bit of a chalet vibe, but is cosy for nice cooking evenings. The apartment is available for sublet in August and September, and for October / November there's also the option to stay but only rent one room (approx. 25 sq m) in the apartment. I'll be traveling during this time, and my new roommate would likely move in around October 1st.
