I am unfortunately leaving Switzerland and giving up my beautiful flat in Altstetten. I am looking to move **by agreement best on August 5th but latest August 10.** Preference is given to candidates who will **buy over furniture for 2000CHF** (message for full list) Message me to arrange a visit or I'm also available for a video call. The apartment has many advantages: \- it's large, it has big 2 rooms plus separate kitchen but realistically the enclove in the corridor creates so much space it's almost like an additional third room (I use it as a dinig room) \- it gets a lot of light from the windows (with a view on Uetliberg) \- it has a large cellar \- there's a great balcony (looking out at Uetliberg) \- the kitchen is well equipped \- there's a private laundry machine and tumbledryer \- the neighborhood is great: there's big Coop, Migros, Denner, local shop open on Sundays. It's not far from Bnhf Altstetten and there's bus stops 80, 78, 67 right next door \- there's a bike shed \- lovely neighbors and nice house management Requirements for application: \- 1 or 2 adults \- no pets \- no smoking \- I am selling some furniture as I'm moving out and would like the next tenant to take them over.
