Information about the apartment: Rental contract starts 1st of December (or by agreement). Rent doesn't include a cost of laundry (0.5-2 CHF per cycle) and Radio&TV fee (~300 CHF per apartment per year) Deposit: Equals to 1 month’s rent End-Cleaning and Admin Fee: 190 CHF Reservation: 500 CHF (Will be placed toward deposit) The current tenants are: 👱♀️ 24yo, Italian Aerodynamic Engineer 👦 33yo German, Life science \*\*We're looking for 2 more people starting from February.
