Big room with private bathroom

Right next to the Letzigrund to enjoy summer concerts with easy connection to other parts of the city with trams and buses,a bright and cozy room (approx. 24 sqm) will be available from September 14th. I am looking for someone, (no smoking inside) who would enjoy joining a friendly, homey environment and take over the room with a sublet contract (max 7 months). You’ll be sharing the flat with Alessandro and Maria until the end of September (She stays until 30th of September), and then a new guy will take over her room. 😊 Alessandro, originally from Italy, is a mechanical engineer. He’s sporty and loves playing tennis, chill, and likes to talk about different topics. Maria is studying international trade law she is energetic and also sporty. You will have the chance to meet the new person if you are interested in the room but he shares similar interests and qualities as Alessandro and is outgoing.💫 The room is quiet, with a view on the street but there is no circulation at all. It also has its own bathroom making this room a very nice personal bubble. The flat is located on the ground floor (just a few steps up) and features a spacious shared living room and kitchen (27 sqm), where we often cook together or relax. The furniture will remain here until I come back and includes a bed with mattress, a thing to hang you clothes, with boxes too, a shelf, 2 shelfs with boxes, a desk, a chair and furniture in the bathroom
