Die Wohnung ist zweistockig, also viel Platz Komfort: 3 Bader (kein Stau am Morgen), Reduit, Keller und wochentlicher Reinigungsservice (Gemeinschaftsflachen) Deine Mitbewohner und Vibe Du teilst das Zuhause mit 5 Young Professionals (26 bis 35 J., Tech/Consulting/Healthcare). Wir sind beruflich engagiert und oft unterwegs, schatzen aber ein gepflegtes Miteinander und den gelegentlichen Austausch bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse. WICHTIG: Da wir alle viel arbeiten, ist uns ein sauberes und ordentliches Zuhause sehr wichtig. Wir suchen jemanden, der diesen Standard ganz naturlich teilt und proaktiv mithilft, die Wohnung schon zu halten. Wir suchen: Eine berufstatige Person (keine Studenten). Um unseren Mix (Ziel: 3w/3m) zu halten, bevorzugen wir eine Frau. Manner sind herzlich willkommen, wenn der Vibe und das Ordnungsbewusstsein zu 100 Prozent matchen. Kosten und Konditionen Miete: CHF 1684 (All inclusive: NK, Strom, Internet, Reinigungsservice) Depot: ca. Large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space (the room is rented unfurnished) Highlights: Private sauna in the basement, cozy fireplace, two story apartment (a lot of space), elevator, private rooftop terrace Comfort: 3 bathrooms (no morning queues), storage room in the private basement storage, weekly cleaning service for the shared areas Your Roommates and the Vibe: You'll be sharing the apartment with 5 young professionals (ages 26 to 35) working in tech, consulting, and healthcare. We're all career focused and often on the go, but we value a friendly, respectful living environment and enjoy catching up over a glass of wine by the fireplace or on the rooftop terrace from time to time. IMPORTANT: Since we all work a lot, keeping the apartment clean and tidy is very important to us. We're looking for someone who naturally shares this mindset and proactively helps keep the apartment in great shape. Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a working professional (no students). To maintain our preferred balance (3 women and 3 men), we have a preference for a female tenant. However, men are very welcome too if the vibe and commitment to cleanliness are a 100 percent match. Costs and Conditions Rent: CHF 1684 per month (all inclusive: utilities, electricity, internet, and weekly cleaning service) Security deposit: Approx. CHF 6375 (final amount currently being confirmed, held in a dedicated rental deposit account) Furniture buyout: One time payment of approx. CHF 600 to 700 (your share of the apartment inventory)
