Highlight ist sicher der Balkon mit Bergsicht der am Abend und Morgen ein tolles Panorama bietet. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur Verfügung und wird mit zwei anderen Apartments geteilt. Internet ist ebenfalls inkludiert, kann aber abbestellt werden, was den Mietpreis natürlich senken würde. Die Einbauschränke bieten genug Platz für Sachen. Ein Garagenplatz kann dazu gemietet werden. I am renting out my beautiful studio apartment in Lenggis for one year , from late September / early October 2026 , while I study abroad. The apartment comes fully furnished , making it ready to move in. One of its highlights is the spacious balcony with stunning mountain views , offering a beautiful panorama both in the morning and in the evening. A barbecue grill is also available for your use. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the building and are shared with two other apartments. High-speed internet is included in the rent, although it can be cancelled if you prefer, which would reduce the monthly rental price. The built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space for your belongings. A garage parking space is available to rent separately if required.
