Cozy flatshare of 3 looks for new flatmate

Hey everyone! We’re on the lookout for someone to join our warm and welcoming flatshare starting from 1st of October (with a bit of flexibility to move in earlier). We will have 1 room (~12m2) available in a flatshare of 3 We are Izadora and Sven, both PhD students at UZH in the field of Ecology. Izadora is from São Paolo (Brazil) and Sven from Kiel (Germany). We like the outdoors and like to do WG activities like hiking or bouldering together, or heading for a evening swim to Greifensee or Letten. Sometimes we also go to the local asian street food restaurant and we'd be happy to show you the nice, picturesque paths through the local woods that are just 5 min away from home.While we all have our own routines and respect each other’s space, we genuinely enjoy spending time together when we can. Whether it’s sharing a meal, having a chat, or going for a swim, our home has a friendly and supportive vibe.We speak English with each other, but Iza is learning German and Sven is also constantly improving his Swiss German. :) The flatshare is in the second floor of a multiple-family house. It’s a cozy place with a shared, fully-equipped kitchen, a huge, cozy living room (with fireplace and beamer), two bathrooms including a bathtub, and a specious balcony for peaceful mornings or sunny afternoons. However, the flat is well insulated and during the past heatwaves we always could enjoy a cold flat.We’re conveniently located near Stettbach and from there you are in 10 min to central station by train or to Irchel Campus (UHZ) by tram that can also be reached by a super nice bike ride through the woods. The research institutes Empa and Eawag are also just 5 minutes by bike away. Several supermarkets are just a stone’s throw away as well as everything else one needs like bus station, post office and so on. The room has a size of 12 m2 and comes without furniture. It faces a calm street and has a bit of morning sun. Rent is about 845 CHF per month + ca. 14 CHF electricity (we get a bill every 3 months and adjust accordingly). We are looking for a nice person who enjoys living in a shared place.
