The apartment includes a storage unit with enough space in the basement. * * Location: Located in a very quiet and central area, full of commercial options. Just a 5-minute walk to Olten train station, which has crucial connections around Switzerland. Very near to various supermarkets (Lidl, Coop, Migros), restaurants, bars, and shops. Surrounded by the forest to have a nice walk, exercise, and connect with nature. Within a short walking distance, you can cross the Aare River to get immersed in the old city. * Financials & Dates The monthly rent of 800 CHF covers internet, electricity, heating, water, household expenses, deposit (Kaution), and general building utilities.Availability: Immediately. I value a respectful environment where we can catch up, share a dinner, or have a chat from time to time, while fully respecting each other’s privacy and downtime. Main communication can be in English, German, or Spanish. * * House rules: No smoking inside the flat. No pets. A cleaning plan is fixed in order to maintain the space clean and organized.
