Temporary sublet of a bright, modern and fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in Zürich, available from **1 October or 1 November 2026** for a minimum period of six months and up to one year. An extension may be possible by mutual agreement. The 71 m² apartment is located on the third floor of a Minergie building constructed in 2013 and is accessible by lift. It features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, parquet flooring, a private washing machine and tumble dryer, and a large private terrace with spectacular views over Zürich and the mountains. The Limmat is only a short walk away, making the apartment ideal for swimming, walking or running along the river. Zürich city centre can be reached conveniently by public transport in approximately ten minutes. The apartment is rented fully furnished and ready to move into. It is a thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped home rather than a minimally furnished temporary rental. In addition to the main furniture, I intend to leave much of the existing equipment and décor, including: * a complete home-office setup with two monitors; * television and sound system; * outdoor grill & furniture, LUMI ice bath; * artwork, books and decorative items; * kitchen equipment and various household items; * terrace furniture and equipment. I am therefore looking for a tenant who appreciates a comfortable, fully equipped home and is happy to use and take good care of most of these belongings during the sublet. Specific details can be discussed before moving in, although it will not be possible to remove all furniture and personal items. **Monthly rent: CHF 4,100**, including contractual ancillary costs, furniture, broadband internet and normal electricity consumption. Serafe is not included and will be handled separately according to the registered household. I am looking for a reliable and considerate tenant who will treat the apartment, furniture and equipment carefully. A detailed inventory, photographic documentation and handover report will be prepared. No Airbnb or further subletting is permitted. No huge parties or events that could disturb the neighbours. Pets may be possible by arrangement. An underground parking space may be available, subject to confirmation with the landlord.
