Vacant room is looking for a new tenant! I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment with 2 huge balconies in Leimenstrasse, 200m from tram stops Universität, Musik Akademie and Holbeinstrasse. Barfusserplatz is only 5 minutes away on foot. The room is limited until 31.12.2025 with a possibility to be extended further. The room comes with a double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included. Only Serafe is not included Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher.
