Supermarkets, restaurants, and tram stations are very close. The rent is 1770 CHF per month. This price includes the base rent, heating, and fast internet. You only pay for your own electricity and water separately (this is about 70 CHF per month). This apartment is perfect for a quiet, clean, and responsible working person or couple.
