Welcome to a calm and cozy home in Zurich Wollishofen. I am renting out one furnished room (approx. 10 m²) for up to 6 months (or by arrangement). The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from Lake Zurich and only a short walk from the Wollishofen/Staubstrasse tram stop, offering excellent connections to the city while enjoying a quiet neighbourhood. You will have your own furnished bedroom and share the apartment with me. All common areas can be used, including: • open-plan living and dining area • fully equipped kitchen • bathroom • balcony • washing machine & dryer • Wi-Fi and all utilities included Please note: The living and dining area is an open shared space and is not separated from the rest of the apartment. Rent: CHF 1'100 per month (brutto) A little about me: I am Jennifer, 39 years old, a yoga teacher and (virtual) assistant. I appreciate a calm, respectful and mindful home and enjoy nature, travelling and good conversations. I am looking for someone who values a clean, considerate and peaceful living environment.
