Grossräumige 3.5-Zimmer Wohnung im 5. Stock

Lieber Interessent / Liebe Interessentin Da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen WG-Mitbewohner / einer neuen WG-Mitbewohnerin, die gerne eine kleine Wohlfühloase als Zuhause hat. Mein Name ist David (27) und ich arbeite als Fachspezialist im Bereich Verkehrssicherheit. Für unsere 3.5-Zimmer WG suche ich jemanden, der am gemeinsamen Zusammenleben Freude hat. Dazu gehört für mich ein gegenseitiger Respekt, Ordnung, Sauberkeit und eine offene und ehrliche Kommunikation miteinander. Zwischendurch ist es mir wichtig, dass es einen Raum für Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Meine Hobbys sind Kochen, Inlineskaten, Eishockey, Volleyball, Vitaparcours, Ping Pong, Lesen und Konzerte. Meistens probiere ich jeden Sommer immer wieder etwas Neues aus. An unserer Wohnung liebe ich vor allem die grossräumige und moderne Küche. Zusammen mit der gemütlichen Stube, ist das primär unser gemeinsamer Wohnraum. Dazu haben wir zwei Bäder mit je einem WC. Im grossen Bad haben wir eine Waschmaschine und einem Tumbler, sowie eine Badewanne. Das kleine Bad bietet sich dabei immer als gute Ausweichmöglichkeit an, wenn das grosse besetzt ist. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der grosse windgeschützte Balkon. Für die gemeinsame Benutzung steht uns ein Kellerabteil und eine kleine Speisekammer in der Küche zur Verfügung. Geografisch liegt unser Zuhause genau auf der Stadtgrenze zwischen Winterthur und Töss. Verkehrstechnisch ist es dabei bestens erschlossen. Alle 5 Minuten fährt ein Bus ins Stadtzentrum. Direkt vor unserem Haus befinden sich das Einkaufszentrum Lokwerk und diverse weitere Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Gleichzeitig reicht ein 5min Spaziergang und man ist mitten im Wald oder an der Töss. Unsere Wohnung ist im 5. Stock (mit Lift). Grundsätzlich ist sie rollstuhlgängig, allerdings ist sie bis jetzt nicht vollkommen barrierefrei. Die Zimmer sind eher länglich, aber nicht sonderlich breit. Aus diesem Grund haben wir einen Kleiderschrank auf dem Gang, den wir gemeinsam benutzen können. My name is David (27) and I work as a traffic safety specialist. For our 3.5 room shared flat I am looking for someone who enjoys living together. For me, this includes mutual respect, tidiness, cleanliness and open and honest communication with each other. In between, it is important to me that there is space to retreat. My hobbies include cooking, inline skating, ice hockey, volleyball, the Vitaparcours, ping pong, reading and concerts. I usually try out something new every summer. What I love most about our apartment is the spacious and modern kitchen. Together with the cozy living room, this is primarily our shared living space. We also have two bathrooms, each with a toilet. In the large bathroom we have a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a bathtub. The small bathroom is always a good alternative when the large one is occupied. Another highlight is the large, sheltered balcony. We have a cellar compartment and a small pantry in the kitchen for communal use. Geographically, our home is located exactly on the city border between Winterthur and Töss. It has excellent transport connections. There is a bus to the city center every 5 minutes. The Lokwerk shopping center and various other catering facilities are located directly in front of our house. At the same time, a 5-minute walk and you are in the middle of the forest or on the Töss. Our apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator). It is generally wheelchair accessible, but it is not yet completely barrier-free. The rooms are rather long, but not particularly wide.
