It’s a two-story apartment, and the available space is on the top floor in a lovely attic/mansard area. It offers maximum independence, making it ideal if you work night shifts or non-standard hours: - Private entrance (enter and exit freely without disturbing anyone) - Private bathroom - Private balcony - Adjacent shared living space right next to your room - Furnished option: The room currently contains some furniture that we are looking to sell at a very low/great price. We'd really appreciate someone interested in taking it over (details discussed in person). - Extra: A garage space is also available to rent if needed (CHF 135) ABOUT US & WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’ll be sharing the flat with Federico (25, working professional) and Valentin (24, student).
