With two patios, floor-to-ceiling windows, and treetop views, this bright and quiet residence is located only minutes from Lake Geneva and Plage des Eaux-Vives, and facing Parc de la Grange. The apartment features: • Spacious living room: Open floor plan with wooden floors and furnished with a generous sofa; a large dining room table that sits 6-8, a fireplace and bookshelves.
