Mietdauer: Minimal 5 Nächte (Preise auf Anfrage), eine oder mehrere Wochen oder Monate. Kündigungsfrist: 1 Monat. Die Wohnungen verfügen über einen schnellen Internetzugang (Glasfaserleitung), TV mit 140 Kanälen, eigenen Briefkasten, direkte Telefonlinie, Gegensprechanlage, Lift, Lesestuhl, Schreib- und Esstisch. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, 2 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher. Hochwertige Schweizer Betten mit «Anti-Allergika Matratzen». Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Haartrockner. Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Badetücher inbegriffen. Gemeinschaftswaschraum zur Verfügung. Its prime location will make you experience the city center without having to accept its noise. Public transport (tram 1, 6, 8, bus 33 and 34) can be found right outside the door and supermarkets are just around the corner. The "Spalentor" is our neighbour and Schützenmatt Park is only a 5 minute walk away. The minimum rental period is 5 nights (prices on request) or one week, one month or long term. Notice period: 1 month. Each apartment features fast Internet connection (fiber optic), a TV with 140 channels, a personal letterbox, a direct phone line, an intercom, a reading chair, desk and a dinner table. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, 2 hotplates, a Microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. The building is equipped with a lift. Swiss quality beds combined with the highest quality of hypoallergenic mattresses. Private bathroom with shower and WC, hair dryer. Bed linens and towels also included. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the common laundry room.
