We are looking for a female tenant to take over a 15 m² room in a bright and spacious 3.5-room apartment (75 m²) in a central location in Lucerne, starting October 15th. You will be sharing the apartment with a 29-year-old Italian female flatmate who is already living there. We are therefore looking for a female flatmate who is friendly, reliable, and enjoys a respectful and harmonious shared living environment.
