The room is available from **1 September** on an **unlimited-term basis**. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the **Arnikahof** bus stop, with a direct bus connection to **Zürich Oerlikon railway station** in only 5 minutes. You will be sharing the apartment with Gioele and Federico, who are both in their mid-twenties and work full-time. If you are interested, we would appreciate a short introduction about yourself, including: * your experience living in shared apartments (WGs), * how you like to organize and share cleaning responsibilities, * and what you are looking for in a flatshare. September** ist ein grosszügiges, voll möbliertes Zimmer (15 m²) mit Balkon in einer WG in Oerlikon unbefristet verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle **Arnikahof** entfernt. Von dort gelangt man mit einer Direktverbindung in nur 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof Zürich Oerlikon. Du wirst die Wohnung mit Gioele und Federico teilen. Beide sind Mitte zwanzig und arbeiten Vollzeit. Falls du Interesse hast, freuen wir uns über eine kurze Vorstellung von dir.
