Private Furnished Room in a Modern Flat A fully furnished private room is available in a spacious and modern shared apartment in Wallisellen, directly next to Neugut tram stop. The room is private and fully furnished, so you can move in with just your luggage. The bathroom is shared with one other person. You will also share the kitchen, living room, entrance and balcony. You will be living with a professional engineer in his mid-twenties. He is Spanish, friendly, respectful and generally keeps to himself. The flat offers a relaxed and quiet living environment, so it would suit someone who is clean, considerate and comfortable with shared living. Excellent location The apartment is approximately one minute from Neugut tram stop and is very well connected to Zurich city centre, Zurich Airport and the surrounding areas. Approximate journey times: Zurich Airport: around 18 minutes by direct tram Zurich city centre and Old Town: around 22 minutes by public transport Stettbach and Wallisellen train stations are also nearby. Glattzentrum, one of Switzerland's largest shopping centres, is around five minutes away on foot. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops and many other services there. Immediately next to the apartment, there is also: Aldi supermarket A gym Restaurants and cafes A bar A 24-hour petrol station shop Various local shops and services Although everything is close by, the apartment itself is quiet and located in a safe neighbourhood. Nature and facilities There is secure bicycle storage in the building and a riverside walking and cycling path nearby that continues towards Duebendorf. It is a great location for anyone who enjoys walking, running or cycling. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Everything shown in the photographs is included with the room. House rules and important information Shoes must be removed inside the apartment. Please keep the shared areas clean and tidy. Please be respectful when using the kitchen, bathroom, living room and entrance. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Any problems or questions should be communicated directly to me. You must be able to communicate in English, as I do not speak German.
