The private room comes furnished with a double bed, a small desk, a bookshelf and a chest of drawers. Shared areas: kitchen, sofa, TV and balcony. Separate toilet and shower. Washer and dryer in the basement. I'm Francesco 49 Years old, renting out the room for about 4 months. I'm away roughly two weeks a month, so most of the time you'll have the flat to yourself. Quiet location in Höngg, close to ETH. Bright and peaceful, with good public transport links and shops nearby.
