Room in Winterthur

We have a student room available in Winterthur, just 8 minutes by bus or 6 minutes by bike from ZHAW. We're ZHAW graduates who recently finished our studies and are looking for a long-term student tenant to take over the room. The room is part of our smart home apartment and features smart controls that you can manage through the Apple Home App. You can customize it completely to your liking. We also provide high-speed WiFi that covers the entire apartment and is included in the rent. We're looking for someone who is calm and considerate of others and the neighbors. Parties are of course allowed, but we ask for respect during quiet hours. We want someone responsible and trustworthy who will take care of the space. About us: We're two laid-back ZHAW graduates who created a comfortable, well-organized living environment. We value a respectful atmosphere where everyone can focus on their studies or work, but we also enjoy spending time together and having friends over. We're easy to get along with and believe in open communication if any issues arise. The room comes furnished with all apartment amenities included.
