Ich (männlich, Naturarzt) biete ab sofort im idyllischen Bonstetten ein schönes WG Zimmer mit 12.5qm mit eigenem Bad und natürlich auch Wohnzimmer/Küche/Balkon zur Mitnutzung zur Untermiete an eine Frau. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Nicht im Mietpreis enthalten ist eine Putzfrau, die im 14 Tageszyklus die gesamte Wohnung reinigt sowie W-lan - die Pauschale hierfür beträgt 100 CHF/ Monat. Ich bin ein offener und entspannter Mensch mit Humor und Tiefgang und spreche deutsch, englisch, französisch und spanisch. Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die wie ich im Arbeitsleben steht, auch Wert auf Sauberkeit und Stil legt und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre schätzt, in der man sich entspannen und erholen kann vom Alltag. Meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin musste kurzfristig aus beruflichen Gründen zurück nach Spanien, daher ist das Zimmer zur Untermiete ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung bezugsfähig Die Wohnung ist ca. 12 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Bonstetten und man ist in mit der S5 oder S14 innert 15min am Zürich HB oder den lokalen Bussen. i\`m a naturopathic doctor offering a single room with 12.5 square meters and separate bathroom as subrent for a woman with shared use of the livingroom / kitchen and balkony. not included in the price is a cleaning woman coming each 2 weeks to clean the whole appartment and the shared wifi - the monthly costs are 100 CHF. I\`m an open minded and relaxed guy with humour and depth and i speak german, english, french and spanish. I\`m looking for a roommate who is also working during the week and who appreciates cleanliness,good style and a comfortable, joyful atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing. My former roommate has now moved back to spain because of her work therefore the room is free to move in immediately or in mutual agreement. The appartment is about 12 minutes from the trainstation bonstetten with very good access to zurich city mainstation within 15 minutes with the tramline S5, S14 or the local busses.
