It gets plenty of natural light and has an open layout that works well for a single person or a couple. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment, and access to a shared rooftop with views over the city. The area is lively, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. It’s a 2 month sublease (from 01.08.26 to 31.09.26). — Diese grosszügige Loftwohnung liegt im Zürcher Kreis 4, direkt beim Lochergut. Sie ist hell und offen geschnitten – ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. In der Wohnung gibt es eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Ausserdem steht ein gemeinschaftlich genutzter Dachterrassenbereich zur Verfügung, mit Blick über die Stadt.
