*Room available in sunny 5.5-room flat with garden* We’ve got a bright, spacious room up for grabs – perfect if you want your own space but also enjoy spending time with a flatmate. *The apartment* The whole apartment is huge at ∼165m² with 5.5 rooms. You’ll get a big living room, a modern kitchen with dining area, and a separate home-office space we all share. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub, one with a shower – both have toilets, so no waiting around in the morning! We’ve got 2 fridges with freezers, plus a massive cellar for skis, bikes, and all your seasonal gear. *Your rooms* Your room is light-filled and roomy, with space for a bed, wardrobe. The guest room is also yours, you can put your wardrobe, desk or whatever in there. We like to use it for friends and family when they stay over. *Why we love it here* - *Private garden ∼80m²* right on the edge of the forest. Super quiet and perfect for coffee, BBQs, or just unwinding. - *Guest room* for friends/family - *In-flat laundry* – our own washing machine & dryer in one of the bathrooms. - *Parking spot* available downstairs for an extra fee - *Fun stuff*: football table and darts in the living room for those evenings in. *Location & transport* 5 min walk to tram stop 6, and you’re at HB in under 15 min. You’re also super close to Dolderbahn, Zoo Zürich, Allmend Fluntern and Zürichberg forest. Nature and city life in one go! *Who we are* We’re two guys, 29 and 37, Dutch and Czech. I work as a field applications engineer and my flatmate as an embedded processing engineer. We both have busy jobs but usually work from home max 1-2 days/week. We’re sporty and love tennis, skiing, running, cycling, and hiking. We also enjoy a relaxed evening with football, a beer, or planning the next hike/ski trip. Last but not least we do occasional BBQs in the garden when the weather’s nice! *Who we’re looking for* We’re searching for a 3rd flatmate to make this place feel like home. Ideally you’re a young professional, 25-40, who’s up for being part of the WG – not just renting a room. Gender doesn’t matter to us. We value an open, relaxed, easy-going atmosphere and love sharing the common spaces together. Everyone has their own routines and space, but we’re all about a friendly, shared living vibe. We’re not neat freaks, but we do appreciate everyone cleaning up after themselves. *Costs* - Professional cleaning service: CHF 100/person/month to keep things clean and stress-free - Internet: CHF 26.63/month shared between us
