Hi everyone, I sublet a spacious bedroom for long term stays ( >1 year) from September 1st in 3.5 room apartment in Hönggerberg area. You'll share apartment with me, 29M, neuroscientist at UZH. Apartment & room come with all furniture. Very close to ETH Höngg campus, forest, river and only 10 mins to city center. Great and quiet neighborhood. Sublet price is 1300 CHF, including all costs (electricity, wifi, insurance, serafe, 400+ channel tv package) I have a cat, please, contact if you are cat-friendly :) Please, let me know your lifestyle, as well as how much time you plan to be at home (homeoffice?) or travelling.
