\*GERMAN\* Im einzigartigen Filmhaus (Haus keine Wohnung) an der Gerbergaesslein 29 in der Basler Altstadt wird ein moebliertes WG-Zimmer frei. Das Haus gehoert dem Verein VfBBB, dem Gruender des Gaessli Film Festivals, und dient als lebendige Plattform fuer Filmschaffende. Das Filmhaus ist ein kreativer und belebter Ort: Neben zwei festen Mietern gibt es regelmaessig wechselnde Film-Residents, die fuer jeweils drei Monate im Haus wohnen und arbeiten. Insgesamt verfuegt das Haus ueber fuenf Schlafzimmer, zwei davon sind dauerhaft vermietet, und wir suchen nun eine dritte Person fuer die WG. Die weiteren Zimmer werden temporaer ueber Airbnb oder von Residents genutzt, wodurch ein inspirierender Austausch mit internationalen Filmschaffenden entsteht. Einer der festen Mitbewohner ist nur 2-3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort. Ein besonderes Highlight: Einmal im Monat findet im hauseigenen Kino im Erdgeschoss ein Cinemingle statt, ein Event, bei dem junge Filmemacher:innen ihre Projekte praesentieren und sich vernetzen. Das Zimmer ist moebliert und sofort bezugsbereit. Im Preis beeinhaltet: \- Housekeeping /cleaning 1x in der Woche \- Strom \- WLAN \- Waschmaschine & Tumbler \- Miete Wir suchen eine offene, unkomplizierte Person, die Lust hat, Teil dieses kreativen Umfelds zu sein. \*ENGLISH\* A furnished shared apartment room in a house is becoming available in a unique film house located at Gerbergasslein 29 in Basel's old town. The house belongs to the association VfBBB, the founder of the Gaessli Film Festival, and serves as a vibrant platform for filmmakers. The film house is a creative and lively space: in addition to two permanent tenants, there are regularly rotating film residents who live and work in the house for three months at a time. The house has a total of five bedrooms, two of which are permanently rented, and we are now looking for a third person to join the shared flat. The remaining rooms are used temporarily via Airbnb or by residents, creating an inspiring exchange with international filmmakers. One of the permanent flatmates is only present 2-3 days per week. A special highlight: once a month, a "Cinemingle" takes place in the in-house cinema on the ground floor - an event where emerging filmmakers present their projects and connect with others. The room is furnished and ready for immediate move-in.
