English version below :) Wenn du ein geräumiges WG-Zimmer in einer grossen Wohnung im Stadtgebiet Zürich suchst, bist du hier richtig :) Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Mehrparteienhaus in Schwamendingen, Zürich, mit der Tramhaltestelle Mattenhof in 3 min und der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Stettbach in 7 min fussläufiger Entfernung. Denner, Migros und Coop sowie eine Apotheke, eine Poststelle und Bäcker sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn du nicht genau im Zentrum wohnen, aber die Möglichkeit haben willst in 5-10 min mit der S-Bahn zum See oder Hauptbahnhof zu kommen. Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung über ein Kellerabteil und eine Dachterrasse, die besonders im Sommer zum Sonnen einlädt. Die Möbel in den gemeinsamen Räume auf den Fotos bleiben erhalten, können aber natürlich mit deinen Sachen ergänzt werden. Die angegebene Miete enthält die pauschalen Nebenkosten, die Kosten für Internet, Strom, Serafe und für eine Putzfrau, die alle zwei Wochen die gemeinsamen Räume säubert, kommen noch obendrauf, halten sich aber in Grenzen. Ich, Stefan, werde dein Mitbewohner sein :) Ich bin Doktorand an der ETH im Bereich experimenteller Physik, spiele gerne Badminton und gehe ab und zu mit Freunden aus. Am Wochenende mache ich öfter mal Kurztrips oder geniesse Zürichs Badestellen. Im Allgemeinen bin ich für sportliche Aktivitäten oder ein Feierabendbier meistens zu haben, respektiere aber selbstverständlich auch, wenn man Zeit für sich möchte. Wenn das für dich nach einem angenehmen Zusammenleben klingt, melde dich gerne :) If you're looking for a spacious room in a large apartment in the Zurich metropolitan area, you've come to the right place :) The apartment is located in a modern building in Schwamendingen, Zurich, just a 3-minute walk from the Mattenhof tram stop and a 7-minute walk from the Stettbach S-Bahn station. Denner, Migros, and Coop, as well as a pharmacy, a post office, and a bakery, are also just a few minutes away. The location is ideal if you don’t want to live right in the center but still want the option to reach the lake or the main station in 5–10 minutes by S-Bahn. The apartment also features a basement storage unit and a rooftop terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing, especially in the summer. The furniture in the common areas shown in the photos will remain, but you’re welcome to add your own items, of course. The listed rent includes a flat-rate for utilities; costs for internet, electricity, Serafe, and a cleaning lady who cleans the common areas every two weeks are additional, but remain reasonable. I'm Stefan, and I'll be your roommate :) I'm a doctoral student at ETH in the field of experimental physics. I enjoy playing badminton and going out with friends every now and then. On the weekends, I often go on short trips or enjoy Zurich’s swimming spots.
