Ich bin Hannah (26) und vor Kurzem in eine schöne 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem ruhigen Dreifamilienhaus in Wettingen gezogen. Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, vorzugsweise FINTA (21-35), die das freie Zimmer zur Untermiete übernimmt. Die Miete beträgt CHF 832.50 pro Monat (45 Prozent der Gesamtmiete von CHF 1850 inkl. Nebenkosten), da ich das grössere Schlafzimmer habe und den kleinen Erker gerne als Arbeits- oder Lernbereich nutzen möchte. Im Haus gibt es drei Wohnungen, die sich einen gemeinsamen Garten und eine Waschküche teilen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer mit separatem WC, zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Kellerabteil sowie dem Erker. Dein Zimmer ist unmöbliert, verfügt aber über einen grossen Einbauschrank mit viel Stauraum. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich möbliert, es fehlen aber noch ein paar Extras (z. B. Couchtisch, Badregale etc.). Die Wohnung liegt 10-15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Wettingen entfernt und nur 5-10 Minuten von den Bushaltestellen Winkelried und Schwimmbad (Linien 1, 3, 4 und 7). Ich bin derzeit dabei, meinen Bachelor in Sozialanthropologie an der Universität Zürich abzuschliessen. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, gehe auf Konzerte und häkle. Ich lebe vegan, mag Tiere sehr und habe Freude daran, die Wohnung mit Pflanzen zu füllen. Es ist mir wichtig, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber und ordentlich bleiben. Ich bin selbst neurodivergent, einerseits schätze ich Ruhe und meinen eigenen Raum, andererseits bin ich auch gerne gesellig. Offene, ehrliche und transparente Kommunikation ist mir sehr wichtig und wünsche ich mir auch von einer Mitbewohnerin. Mir ist es wichtig, ein ruhiges und angenehmes Zuhause zu schaffen. Ich habe nicht gerne ständig viele Leute zu Besuch, wenn du also oft Partys veranstaltest, passen wir vermutlich nicht so gut zusammen. I'm Hannah (F26) and recently moved into a lovely 3,5 room apartment in a quiet three-story house in Wettingen. I'm looking for a roommate, preferably FINTA (21-35), to sublet the spare room. The rent is CHF 832.50 per month (45 procent of the total rent of CHF 1850, including utilities), as I have the larger bedroom and would like to use the small Erker as a study or office space. The building has 3 apartments who share a common garden and laundry room. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a separate WC, two bedrooms, a storage space in the basement, and the Erker. Your bedroom is unfurnished but comes with a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. I've furnished the apartment with the basics, but there are still a few extras missing (coffee table, bathroom shelves, etc.) The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from Wettingen train station and only 5-10 minutes from the Winkelried and Schwimmbad bus stops (lines 1, 3, 4, and 7). I'm currently finishing my Bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology at the University of Zurich. In my free time I enjoy sports, going to concerts, and crocheting. I'm vegan, love animals, and enjoy filling the apartment with plants. Its very important to me to keep the shared spaces tidy and clean. I'm neurodivergent myself, but while I value having my own space and quiet time, I can also be very sociable. Open, honest, and transparent communication is really important to me, and it's something I'd also be looking for in a roommate. I'm hoping to create a calm and comfortable home. I don't enjoy having lots of people over regularly, so if you're someone who likes to host parties often, we probably wouldn't be the best match.
