Ich suche an Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung (erster stock) in Belp. In Das Zimmer es gibt eine grosse Bettgestell und Matratze kann gerne weiter benutzt werden, 160/200cm. Es hat auch einen Kleiderschrank, bücherschrank und Tisch der übernommen werden kann. Ein Einbauschrank im Gang ist auch für das Zimmer reserviert. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet (Waschmaschine, Glasherd, Mikrowelle) und die Mitbewohner sind bereit, Teller, Besteck und Küchen-Utensilien zu teilen. Im grosszügigen Wohnzimmer hat man Zugang zum sonnigen Balkon. Die Waschküche befindet sich im Keller, neben dem Fahrradraum. Deine Mitbewohner sind Johnny und Alexander, beide männlich. Ein Parkplatz kann hinzu gemietet werden. Die Landi ist 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und Migros/Denner/Apotheke sind die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Miete beträgt 550.-CHF pro Monat In der nähe Umgebung hat man schöne Sicht auf die berge, und die Aare ist nicht weit entfernt. I´m looking for a new tenant for my room in a 4.5 room House (first floor) in Belp, Bern. The room has a bed frame and its respective mattress 160/200cm, wardrobe, library and desk. There is also an extra closet outside the room reserved for you. The kitchen is equipped with Washing Machine, Glass Ceramic Stove Top and a Microwave. Your roommates will kindly share their plates, cutlery and Kitchen utensils. In the shared living room you have access to the balcony, which is oriented to SouthEast, so you have Sun from sunrise to half of the afternoon. The Clothes Washing Room is on the basement, next to the bike storage. You can rent also a parking spot near the house. Landi (supermarket) is 100 meters away from the house, and the next closest supermarkets are Migros and Denner. The rent is 550.-CHF, If you walk five minutes you have a great view of the mountains, and the river Aare is close by.
